Methods of Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. Qualified customers may apply for credit terms via our application process. Pick-up customers may pay at the time of collection. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Sales taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added at the time of transaction. International Orders
Online orders are only accepted within Canada and the USA. For international orders, please contact us for manual processing via bank transfer. Lead times for international shipments vary by location and cannot be guaranteed.
Price and Shipping Changes
We reserve the right to modify prices and shipping charges without notice. Additional fees may apply for overweight items or remote delivery locations. Please contact us for special delivery requests.
Order Processing and Pick-Ups
Orders ship from our North York, Ontario warehouse Monday through Friday. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent requests, email admin@everything2connect.com. Local pick-up is available at our North York location.
Dispute Resolution
This agreement and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Ontario in Toronto, Ontario.
Purchasing by Minors
ETC does not sell to individuals under the legal age of majority. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian perform transactions on their behalf.
Errors and Misprints
While we strive for accuracy, ETC reserves the right to correct or cancel orders at any time due to incorrect information or typographical errors.
Amendments
Users may not amend this agreement. ETC may, at its sole discretion, change these terms at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
