Product Returns
We accept product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for items that are not custom or “special order.” Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@everything2connect.com with as much detail as possible. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions via email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on consumable goods, including batteries.
